Start your design

Use our online design tool to create your custom Cubus shelving system. Simply enter your desired dimensions or begin by adding individual Cubus units one by one.

Customisation options:

  • Dimensions: Set the height and width to perfectly fit your space.
  • Material: Choose between wood, glass, or a combination of both.
  • Additional Features: Select options like handles, sliding doors, and whether your Cubus will be wall-mounted or self-standing.

Important consideration:

  • If you do not intend on ordering through Rujzdesign and plan to order wood or glass shelves separately from another supplier, make sure to include shelves in your design.
  • Then, select the option to exclude wood/glass components from the order.
  • If shelves are not included in the design, the system will assume that no shelves are needed, and no supports will be added for your future installation.
To place your order simply:

  • One-time purchase: You can make a one-time purchase and pay immediately.
  • Partner benefits: If you’re a registered partner, you can enjoy a 30-day payment option and exclusive discounts.

Order process

  • Follow the instructions on the website to place your Cubus order.
  • If you’re a partner, sign in with your username and password. Your discount level and the option to select delayed payment should automatically appear during checkout.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

General

We currently accept multiple payment forms including VISA, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. Please note that money is taken from your account immediately in order to start the production of your customised Cubus shelf system.

Currently we are unable to take orders via phone, but in some cases we can accept orders via email: cubus@rujzdesign.com. Please contact us to do so.

What you see is what you pay. With Rujz Design there are no hidden taxes or fees.
By registering to the Cubus Design Tool, you can benefit from features, like saving your projects, and being able to edit and order them later, share with other people, and see your order history. However it is not compulsory to register and you can order without setting up an account.

Production

The order can only be changed or cancelled before you submit your order officially. After the order has been placed, the order unfortunately can’t be modified.

Customisation

Yes, the maximum height is XXXX and the maximum length is XXX – why is this?

Delivery

We aim to ship your product to you as soon as possible. But because each order is custom made to your specification, please expect a delivery time between 2-3 weeks.

No (although we’re working on it!), unfortunately we only deliver within Europe to the list of countries mentioned:

Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Great Britain, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Serbia, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Norway, Croatia, and Slovenia.

All our parcels are delivered by GLS. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your door by using the tracking number you get from us. An email will be sent to you when the parcel is shipped.

Unfortunately because the Cubus shelf system has been custom made-to-your order, it can’t be returned.

In case of receiving the goods bought as faulty or damaged, the client must take a picture immediately and contact customer service on XXXXXXXX. On the mail, the order number must be specified, and the pictures should be attached.
