General
We currently accept multiple payment forms including VISA, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. Please note that money is taken from your account immediately in order to start the production of your customised Cubus shelf system.
Currently we are unable to take orders via phone, but in some cases we can accept orders via email: cubus@rujzdesign.com. Please contact us to do so.

Delivery
We aim to ship your product to you as soon as possible. But because each order is custom made to your specification, please expect a delivery time between 2-3 weeks.
No (although we’re working on it!), unfortunately we only deliver within Europe to the list of countries mentioned:
Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Great Britain, Lithuania, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Serbia, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Norway, Croatia, and Slovenia.
All our parcels are delivered by GLS. You can follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your door by using the tracking number you get from us. An email will be sent to you when the parcel is shipped.
Unfortunately because the Cubus shelf system has been custom made-to-your order, it can’t be returned.
In case of receiving the goods bought as faulty or damaged, the client must take a picture immediately and contact customer service on cubus@rujzdesign.com. On the mail, the order number must be specified, and the pictures should be attached.
